New Berlinale competition programme Encounters line-up announced!
Vitality of cinema in all of its' forms
In addition to Competition and Shorts, there is a new competitive section Encounters to be introduced in the 2020 edition of Berlinale. Its goal will be to support new voices in cinema and give more space to diverse narrative and documentary forms in the official programme.
"The 15 titles chosen for Encounters present the vitality of cinema in all of its forms. Each film presents a different way of interpreting the cinematic story" proudly stated the team of 70th edition of Berlin International Film Festival while presenting the films in a new programme!
